Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, application status updates, document requests, customer support communications, and — if separately consented — promotional offers.

Cancellation Instructions. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the number that contacted you. We will send a final confirmation of your opt-out. To rejoin, sign up again through the same form.

No Sharing of SMS Consent. No mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Services. You are not required to consent to SMS messages to obtain a rate quote, submit an application, or receive services from Holiday Mortgage.
